Job Responsibility: 
1. Provide online support to local merchants on the platform, addressing their inquiries related to order processing, product listing, logistics fulfillment, and platform policies.
2. Assist merchants in efficiently using the platform's backend system, including but not limited to, modules such as product management, order management, after-sales services, and financial settlement.
3. Handle operational issues encountered by merchants, such as logistics delays, settlement disputes, and policy violations; coordinate with product, technical, or operations teams to resolve issues when necessary.
4. Accurately record communication details and issue resolution progress to ensure data clarity within the system for effective follow-up and analysis.
5. Maintain strong communication with key or high-potential merchants to improve satisfaction, support stable operations, and reduce merchant attrition
6. Collaborate with multiple departments, including operations, logistics channels, customs clearance, and overseas warehouses, to ensure the timely resolution of merchants' logistics-related requests.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; over 1 year of experience in merchant customer service operational support on e-commerce platforms is preferred.
2. Strong customer service mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. 1+ year of customer service experience; familiarity with B2B service processes and basic operational logic is a plus.
4. Proficient in using office software and customer service systems (such as CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and live chat tools).
5. Highly responsible, quick learner, strong execution skills, and able to work under pressure.
